"Other than their four branches located in the north and east of the country, which are in Leeuwarden, Emmen, Groningen, Meppel, and Assen, the University also has international branches in South Africa, Qatar, Thailand, and Indonesia. As an institution with an international focus, Stenden University of Applied Sciences is considered as one of the most international places to study in Europe, attracting students from around the world by offering more than half of their study programmes are taught in English.
