EHEF INDONESIA REGISTRATION

In 2020, together we attempt to cut the spreading of COVID 19 virus. However, we tried to have a positive attitude, and believe that the event could be implemented. 

Thus, we dare to open the EHEF Indonesia 2020 registration to know how many institutions are willing to participate in the event. Nevertheless, to avoid any financial issues, we will not send the invoices until we announce the final decision on 4 September 2020 (at the latest).


Participation Fees

Exhibitor Fee for Jakarta and Surabaya is EUR 1,800

Exhibitor Fee for Bandung and Denpasar is EUR 350

Exhibitor Fee for Bandung is EUR 200

Exhibitor Fee for Denpasar is EUR 200

Notes:

  • You are allowed to only participate in either Jakarta or Surabaya and the price remains unchanged
  • Excluding personnel travel and accommodation costs


Step-by-step Registration Process Phase 1:

  1. COMPLETE the online application form
    • European Higher Education Institution, please click HEI for registration process
    • European National Agency, please click EU MEMBER STATES for registration process
  2. PRINT the completed application form (pdf) attached to the automatic reply email.
  3. SIGN and STAMP your completed application form, SCAN and EMAIL to EHEF Committee (email: fair@ehef.id). We will only process once we receive the signed application form.
  4. Within 5 working days after receiving the signed application form, the EHEF Committee will confirm your participation and inform the Registration Process Phase 2.

COVID-19 Situation

We are hopeful that the virus spreading will be contained long before November 2020. Currently, we could see the infection curve is flattening, and the number of recovered patients is high. However, to anticipate the worst case, with due regard to the safe and healthy environment in Indonesia and Europe, EHEF committee holds the right to cancel the EHEF Indonesia 2020 event because of the global concern regarding the coronavirus outbreak, travel concern, and other circumstances. We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision out of an abundance of caution. The decision will be announced when the evaluation of the evolving circumstances is fixed.

If the cancellation because of COVID-19 situation happened, the Committee accepts no responsibility whatsoever for licensing matters, customs duties, import charges, taxes, delivery of visas, hotel rooms or Exhibitors’ travel arrangements.

 

Institution Cancellation

Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal, for whatever reason, from a European Higher Education Fair as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal by original letter. Cancellation notification must be supplied in writing to the EHEF Committee.  Cancellation rates are as follows:

  • No Cancellation Fee will be charged if the cancellation is made BEFORE 30 September 2020
  • EUR 1,000 will be charged if the cancellation is made BETWEEN 1 - 23 October 2020
  • 100% of Exhibitor Fee will be charged if the cancellation is made AFTER 23 October 2020
