Jönköping University is one of the top universities in international student exchange and among the best in Sweden in terms of attracting international students. It can be seen from the number of international students in the university which is around 2 000 out of 10.000 students in total. The University is founded in 1977 and located in Jönköping . It is organized as a group of companies with four school and a service company as its subsidiaries.
Jönköping carries out its research and education at Jönköping International Business School, School of Education and Communication, School of Engineering, and School of Health Sciences. The education itself contains 60 English taught programmes and specialisations on Bachelor’s and Master’s level.
