The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, usually known by the acronym CULS, was initially founded as a university in 1952, and has existed under its current name only since 1995.
Academically, the university’s courses are divided up into six faculties, primarily focusing on scientific disciplines such as engineering and biology. Research also plays a key part in the university’s academic structure, with opportunities made available for students and faculty to get involved.
